Summary: Unfortunately our stay was not the best. Upon arrival into the room we immediately found an iron stain on one of the bedside tables. My sister dropped something and when she picked it up found dog food under the bed. The bathroom sink leaked to the point multiple towels were needed just so we did not slip and even though i booked a room for 4 people, 2 twin beds we got 1 single blanket. It was well after reception closed when we realised so we had no choice but to deal with it. Staff were apologetic when we notified them but all we got told was the maintenance person knew about the tap, hopefully it gets tidied up. At first i tried to pass it off, we paid $300 for the room but after i have thought about it im pretty frustrated. The staff were lovely but the amenities were not great. Look elsewhere if you can.

Summary: As I lived in the family room, all is great. Only if there has a toilet stander will be perfect for kid. The vanity is the way too high for kids do brushing teeth or washing face. After all, if great.

Summary: Good price. Street outside our room was a bit noisy. The lady at the checkin checkout was lovely & friendly.

Summary: Better than I expected. Only small complaint was shower. Noisy (water hammer), pressure kept fluctuating and as it did temperature varied between cool and hot every few seconds. Manageable but annoying.

Summary: Was basic but for the price it was all we needed, we did pay for 5 people so it had extra bed but it didnt come with any linen or pillows or blankets so my son slept with me so paying for him as an extra was a waste of money if hes sharing with me anyway
